1. Derive mathematical equations or make some functions that compute the inverse function of the probability distribution function
2. Generate uniformly distributed random numbers using built-in command like np.random.rand
3. Compute specially (arbitrarily) distributed random numbers using uniformly distributed random numbers and the inverse probability distribution function
